Fran is a socially struggling and aimless Deer starting their first year of college. After several years of structureless dissociation, they now have to relearn to navigate a world of interaction beyond their computer screen.

Ezzie Wizrobe

Fran’s roommate and generally a go with the flow kind of person. Everybody wants a friend like Ezzie, an enigma of a person that just seems to have it all figured out and can be there for you when you need it most. Not a hateful bone in their body until you bring up their birth name, or mess with their friends.

Terri Pawby

She/Her - Cat - 21

A skittish little thing and one of Fran's best friends. She is also in her first year of college alongside Fran. She's a very studious and headstrong girl, she can be extremely passionate about her interests, but on the maturity side of things, she’s got a lot to learn.

Goro Majima

After losing his eye and the trust of his sworn brother in a botched assassination, Majima clawed his way out of debt and through the ranks of the Yakuza to become Captain of the Shimano Family, where his ferocity and unpredictability in battle earned him the title "The Mad Dog of Shimano". He's now the patriarch of the Majima Family, a direct subsidiary of the Tojo Clan.
